Nantong CH ALuminium Co., Ltd.(CHAL) was established by John Lee associated with investors related to resource of aluminium ingot, focusing on the R&D and production of aluminium materials for automotive industry. The investor has 15 years R&D and production experience of aluminium materials, who is very familiar with aluminum material requirements of automotive industry. CHAL is located at western suburbs of Nantong city and Yangtze river estuary, adjacent to Nantong Airport , Nantong west train station and Hutong Bridge which is under construction, it will take 35 minutes to Shanghai Hongqiao airport by train, which enjoys convenient transportation network.

CHAL is specialized in the area of R&D, production and sales of aluminium tube, profile and rod for automotive industry and other industry, striving to provide best aluminium solutions with leading technology, stable quality and competitive cost to customers and to be pioneer in automotive industry, as well as promoting aluminium material application in new fields. 

CHAL’s main products are precision aluminium tube, drawn aluminium rod, aluminium profile, precision forging parts and welding parts, which are mainly applied in automotive heat exchange system, steering system, chassis suspension system, safety systems and frame system. The products for automotive industry also can be described definitely as below: high precision drawn tube for heat exchange system, extrusion tube for anti-vibration system, precision drawn bars for automatic feeding system of CNC machine, connector for A/C, profile for expansion valve body, extrusion bars for cold extrusion of receiving dryer, sub-cooler and muffler, also for hot forging of auto suspension parts, rotor & stator profile for automobile VVT system, aluminium precision forgings for impeller. 

CHAL has capability to research and develop special material according to customers’ requirement, such as high precision aluminium rod with particular alloys, aluminium shell of batteries and aluminium precision forging parts. Simultaneously CHAL is committed to develop aluminium tube for industrial huge heat exchange systems, main field is for offshore oil platform LNG system, power station cooling system, seawater desalination system and huge frozen storage system. Through continuous approaches of innovation & research, CHAL product has strengthened its competitive force in the product stability and quality reliability. 

CHAL already passed TS16949 Quality Management System and operates strictly according to TS16949 system.
